5. Delivery Partner Terms

Kofako reserves the right to suspend or terminate delivery partners who fail to meet service standards.

6. Merchant / Store Terms

Merchants agree to:

• Maintain proper food safety and quality standards
• Prepare orders on time for pickup
• Comply with all health and business regulations
• Accept responsibility for the quality of goods provided

Kofako may remove or suspend merchants who fail to meet these requirements.

7. Visitors / Guest Users

Visitors browsing the platform agree to:

• Use the website/app for lawful purposes only
• Not copy, distribute, or misuse content without permission
• Respect intellectual property rights of Kofako and its partners

8. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through third-party providers

9. Cancellations & Refunds
